Autotend and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neureaux, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

8. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Autotend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability
