How does the free class work?
Every new instructor gets one class of up to 10 students for 30 days, free. No credit card required. Renew at the standard per-class rate when you're ready, or start new paid classes alongside.
Why per-class pricing instead of a flat monthly fee?
Teachers who run one section pay for one section. Instructors managing several classes each get their own subscription — so a single seasonal class doesn't cost the same as a full-time course load.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. When you add students mid-subscription, you only pay the tier difference for the days remaining — prorated to the day. Tiers are in 10-student blocks at $2 each, so you only pay for the seats you actually need. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Is there a discount for paying up front?
Yes. Six-month subscriptions are 10% off the monthly rate. Twelve-month subscriptions are 20% off.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers can request invoicing for annual plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion.
